How long should I spend in the sauna?
We recommend staying in the sauna for 10-20 minutes per session. If you’re new to sauna use, start with shorter sessions and gradually build up your tolerance.

We do not provide towels, or robes and we recommend bringing your own swimwear and a water bottle to stay hydrated. You might also want to bring flip-flops or slippers for comfort.

If you have any pre-existing health conditions, particularly heart issues or high blood pressure, it’s always best to consult your doctor before using a sauna.
We welcome children over the age of 12 to use the sauna, provided they are supervised by an adult. Please note that children may prefer shorter sessions due to the heat.
