Sauna FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

How long should I spend in the sauna?
We recommend staying in the sauna for 10-20 minutes per session. If you’re new to sauna use, start with shorter sessions and gradually build up your tolerance.

We do not provide towels, or robes, you need to bring 2 with you.  One to sit on in the sauna and one to dry off.  We recommend bringing your own swimwear and a water bottle to stay hydrated. You must bring flipflops or suitable footwear to walk to and from the changing rooms to avoid injury.

If you have any pre-existing health conditions, particularly heart issues or high blood pressure, it’s always best to consult your doctor before using a sauna.
We welcome children over the age of 12 to use the sauna, provided they are supervised by an adult. Please note that children may prefer shorter sessions due to the heat.
