All bookings must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund or to reschedule.

If a cancellation or request to change the booking is received less than 48 hours before the session, no refund will be issued.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by email at info@papermillsaunas.co.uk or call 07814741252. Please include your booking reference, the original session date and time, and your name.

Late cancellations (under 48 hours) or no-shows forfeit the full session fee.

If we cancel your booking (for example due to staffing issues or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.
