Everything You Need to Know Before You Soak

We want every visit to our wood-fired hot tubs to be safe, relaxing, and enjoyable. Please take a moment to read through these commonly asked questions before your session.

Who can use the hot tubs?

Our hot tubs are for adults aged 18 and over only. We do not currently allow children, even with supervision.

Yes. Please do not wear makeup, false eyelashes, fake tan or heavy creams into the hot tub. These products damage the filtration and stain the tub. Anyone wearing them will be asked not to enter.

Yes – all guests must shower at home before arriving. This helps keep the water clean and ensures a safe experience for everyone.

Please bring your own towels and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. We do not currently supply these on-site.

No food or alcohol is allowed in or near the hot tubs. This is for hygiene and safety reasons. We recommend enjoying any snacks or drinks before or after your session.

If you have heart conditions, low or high blood pressure, epilepsy, are pregnant, or have any health concerns, please speak to your GP before booking. Hot tubs are not suitable for anyone who may be sensitive to heat or temperature changes.

Yes – we have step-free access to the hot tub area. However, we do not currently have a hoist or winch for assistance into the tub, so please ensure you’re able to enter and exit safely with the help of a carer if needed.

We recommend 15–20 minutes at a time, followed by a break. Sessions last 55 minutes, giving you time to enjoy the warmth at your own pace.

We strongly advise showering and cooling off before your visit, especially if you’ve been sweating. This helps keep the tubs fresh and prevents overheating.

Yes, we have a toilet and dedicated changing facilities for guests using the tubs and saunas.

Of course – but please be mindful of others’ privacy if you’re visiting as part of a group or shared session.

Sessions run to a schedule. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend your time slot. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to get settled.

If you’re pregnant or think you might be, we recommend avoiding hot tub use due to the risks associated with prolonged heat exposure.
